The Sutherland Suite - Terms & Conditions

  • Provisional bookings will be held for 48 hours only
  • Bookings will only be taken as confirmed when a non-refunable deposit of £200 has been received.
  • Eight weeks prior to your event we will discuss your requirements, including estimated numbers, menus and drinks, where a 25% of the total bill must be paid.
  • Final payment is to be received 2 weeks prior to the function date. All payments are non-returnable.
  • No wine, spirits or food may be brought on to the premises by customers or their guests for consumption on the premises.
  • 'The Club' cannot accept any liability for customer's property whilst on the premises or vehicles parked in the car park.
  • 'The Club' cannot be held liable for any cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control. In the event, every effort will be made to find alternative venues.
  • All Birthdays will be asked to leave a £100.00 deposit, returnable once 'The Club' is satisified there have been no damages incurred and/or extra cleaning costs.
  • Last orders will be called at 11.00pm with guests to vacate the premises by 12 midnight, unless a fee of £50.00 has been paid for last orders at 12.00am with guests to vacate the premises by 1am.
  • It is an offence for any person under the age of 18 to drink alcohol in The Sutherland Suite or on 'The Clubs' Premises. Anyone found doing so will be asked to leave the grounds. If there is any trouble at all, the Bar will be closed and the Police will be called. Please ask your guests to bring picture I.D.
